To preserve the elasticity of the fabric, the softness of the cuffs, and prevent excessive shrinking, you should follow these guidelines:

• In the washing machine:Always wash the leggings inside out, on a normal or delicate cycle (ideally up to 30ºC) and with similar colors.
• What to avoid: Do not use bleachor whiteners and never use a tumble dryer, as extreme heat damages elastane fibers and shrinks natural cotton; allow to air dry.
• Ironing:Iron inside out at a low temperature (up to 110ºC).
